- Have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Have strong understanding of Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol (able to understand RFC documents).
- Have extensive knowledge and solid experience with Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
- Have extensive knowledge and solid experience with XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Have working experience with C#.NET and ASP.NET.
- Have working experience with REST, XML-RPC, and SOAP.
- Have working experience with XML, XPATH, and XSLT.
- Have working experience with Ajax or preferrably ASP.NET AJAX.
- Have working experience with ASMX Web service.
